Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it will be processed and prepared for dispatch. Please allow the following timeframes before your order is shipped:
- Standard orders: 1 to 3 business days
- High-demand periods (sales, holidays): 3 to 5 business days
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the product ordered. Below are our estimated delivery windows:
- Local / Domestic Orders: 5 to 10 business days
- International Orders: 10 to 20 business days
Please note that these are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, customs processing, and carrier availability.
4. Shipping Carriers
We work with a network of reliable international and domestic shipping carriers to deliver your orders. The carrier assigned to your order will depend on your location and the nature of the product. Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched so you can monitor your delivery at every step.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order in real time. Please allow up to 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to become active after dispatch.

6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size or weight of your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website and at checkout when applicable.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on applicable fees before placing your order. Zoyep is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Zoyep is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you realize you have entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at support@zoyep.com. We will do our best to update your address if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect it.
9. Lost or Damaged Orders
We take great care in ensuring your order is packaged and shipped securely. However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@zoyep.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged item or packaging (if applicable)
We will investigate the matter promptly and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
10. Delayed Orders
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- High order volumes during peak seasons
- Customs inspections or processing delays
- Natural disasters or weather disruptions
- Carrier or logistics delays
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us and we will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
11. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs duties, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply. If we are unable to reach you within 14 days, the order may be cancelled and a partial refund issued, excluding shipping costs.
